Hold a MSc in International Public Policy (Queen Mary University of London), and a BA (Hons.) in Politics, Philosophy and Economics (PPE). Mansion blocks were typically middle-class. Not too many council tenement buildings were called 'Mansions' therefore. Here's one - Hughes Mansions in Stepney. Anyone know of more?
